The following are the results of the May 20th edition of WWE Raw, live from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  The announce team for the night is Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and JBL.

Opening Segment
RAW opens tonight with an ambulance driving through the back area and into the stage entrance. The ambulance stops and out comes Ryback, who gets on the roof of the ambulance to cut a promo. He informs the crowd that last night his match with John Cena ended in a “no decision.” Ryback says he was able to walk away last night, something Cena couldn’t, as he was stretchered off to an ambulance after the match. Ryback challenges John Cena to an Ambulance Match in 4 weeks at the next pay-per-view Payback. He goes on to rip the crowd and further insult Cena, ending with “Ryback Rules!”

After the open, Michael Cole goes on to hype up the rumors that have been swirling in the locker room today. The rumors that Paul Heyman has added a third member to his stable, and he will be revealed later tonight.

Tag Team Match
Chris Jericho & The Miz defeated Fandango (w/Summer Rae) & Wade Barrett by submission with the Figure Four.  During the match, Fandango and Summer Rae danced on the outside while Barrett was getting beat.  After the match, The Miz and Jericho cornered Fandango on the outside, but Fandango escaped through the crowd leaving Summer Rae at ringside.  Jericho extends his hand out to Summer Rae, they dance and do the Fandango pose together, but in the end Jericho laughs and walks away.

In Ring Segment
Vickie Guererro comes out to the top of the ramp to announce that she has decided that later tonight Jack Swagger will be in action. She informs us that we will decide Swagger’s opponent through the WWE app, our choices are The Great Khali, R-Truth or Randy Orton.

After the announcement, we are taken back to the locker room where Team Hell No is. Daniel Bryan tells Kane that he finally realizes that “we are not the tag team champions!” Kane tries to reason with Bryan, but the end up arguing, and Kofi Kingston walks in to calm them down. They will team up to face The Shield in a 6-man tag match.

Singles Match
Sheamus defeated Titus O’Neil (w/Darren Young) by pin fall with the Brogue Kick.

In Ring Segment
Paul Heyman is out to announce who the third member is to join CM Punk and Brock Lesnar in his stable. The suspense builds, and the new member is Curtis Axel, the former Michael McGillicutty! Huge surprise with this announcement, and the crowd is quiet in their reaction. Heyman goes on to say that’s what he told his newest client would happen. The same thing happened when he introduced the Division 1 Heavyweight Champion wrestler Brock Lesnar to the WWE, and also when he introduced CM Punk in the WWE’s version of ECW. Curtis Axel (real name Joe Hennig) is a third generation wrestler with his father being “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig and grandfather Larry “The Ax” Hennig. His new name is a tribute to the both of them, and Paul Heyman will be the perfect manager to guide him.

Triple H’s music hits, and he makes his way to the ring to confront Heyman. Triple H tells Heyman that he is not embarrassed for losing last night, and that he and Lesnar “went to war.” Even though he lost, he knows that Lesnar had to limp away at the end of their match. Axel now confronts Triple H, and tells him the game has now changed and if he wants to talk to Heyman he has to go to him first. Triple H slaps Axel, and makes a match between the two of them for later tonight.

Singles Match
Big E. Langston (w/AJ) defeated Alberto Del Rio (w/Riccardo Rodriguez) by pin fall with the Big Ending. Finish came when AJ threw Riccardo’s bucket and towel through the ring to distract the ref, and Langston poked Del Rio in the eyes which led to his finisher.

Divas Match
AJ defeated Layla by submission with the Black Widow.

Singles Match
Cody Rhodes defeated Zack Ryder by pin fall with the Disaster Kick. After the match, Ryback’s music hits and he marches towards the ring. Rhodes takes off, but Ryder is laid out in the ring and Ryback is getting ready to destroy him. Clothesline, Power Bomb and Shell Shock on Ryder, Ryback then carries him to the ambulance that’s parked at the ramp way. He loads him in there, and the ambulance exits the arena; message has been sent to Cena.

In Ring Segment
The Shield come out and celebrate their victories from last night carrying all the gold. Ambrose runs down the list of names that The Shield have gone through in the WWE. They claim they’re the reason The Rock needed surgery and is out, The Undertaker is now RIP, and that they caused Ryback to flip and turn against John Cena. “Believe in the Shield.”

6-Man Tag Team Match
The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) defeated Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan & Kane) & Kofi Kingston by pin fall with a Roman Reign’s Spear on Kane. A must see match that went over 20 minutes in length.

Backstage Segment
Triple H is in the back taping up his wrists when a trainer comes in and informs him that the doctor doesn’t feel he should compete tonight. Triple H told the trainer that if the doctor likes his job here in the WWE, he will wrestle tonight, or else the doctor can seek employment else where.

After the break, Kaitlyn and Natalya are in the back discussing the secret admirer. Cody Rhodes is walking through, and they grab his phone to see if he’s texting her. He’s not the secret admirer, and Kaitlyn will have to keep searching.

Jerry Lawler reveals that the WWE Universe has voted for Randy Orton to take on Jack Swagger.

Randy Orton defeated Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) by pin fall with the RKO.

Singles Match
Curtis Axel (w/Paul Heyman) and Triple H ends in a No Contest? Triple H throughout the match was showing the effects from his match with Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules the night before. In the end, Triple H looked very disoriented, and the medics checked him out at ringside. The match was stopped, and RAW went off the air.
