The Authority kick off RAW, and they start by letting us know that Daniel Bryan’s recovery is taking longer than expected, and his return to the ring has been delayed. But they have to move on, and they celebrate Seth Rollins’ victory at MITB, which virtually guarantees him becoming the WWE Champion in the near future. Triple H goes on to congratulate the new WWE Champion, and now 15 time champion, John Cena. Cena makes his way out to the ring, and lets The Authority know that as soon as Daniel Bryan is able to compete, he will give him the opportunity to win back the WWE Championship. Stephanie says that’s great, but she’s got some good news to share with John Cena. He will be on the cover of the WWE 2K15 video game. Cena is caught off guard by The Authority’s kindness, and says that last night they were irate that he won, and not Randy Orton. Cena and Triple H have a pretty good back and forth, and Cena says that he’s gonna do things his way, not theirs. Triple H expected that and announces that at the next pay-per-view Battleground, Cena will have to defend the title in a Fatal Four Way Match against Randy Orton, Kane and Roman Reigns. Triple H then announces that the main event for tonight will be a tag team match, John Cena & Roman Reigns against Randy Orton & Kane. As Cena exits the ring and goes up the ramp, Triple H tells him that if he survives the Fatal Four Way Match, “there’s always a plan B.” Seth Rollins’ music hits, and he makes his way out with his MITB brief case that he won last night.
