WWE Superstar Zack Ryder released a video update last night on his injury status noting that on November 10th he underwent an MRI on his shoulder and found out that he had a full thickness tear in his rotator cuff and that he wanted to avoid surgery, so instead went for a stem cell injection the next day where they took bone marrow from his hip and injected it into his shoulder.

Ryder noted that he will rest and rehab for the next 6-8 weeks and if he doesn’t recover in that time, then he will have to undergo surgery and said that he can’t wait to return and do what he does best, which is “fist pump faces”, before cracking up in the video stating that he can’t even keep a straight face when he says that.
