All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan revealed on his official Twitter account that Adam Cole is off tonight’s AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view due to illness, and has not been cleared for his match against “Filthy” Tom Lawlor.

As a result, the match has been pulled from tonight’s event, with no wording as to whether Lawlor will still be in action.

Due to illness, @AdamColePro isn't cleared tonight, therefore the Adam Cole vs @FilthyTomLawlor match is canceled.

Despite the change, tonight will be an amazing show!
