ProWrestling.Net are reporting that, according to a report from FOX 5 in Atlanta, Georgia, police have issued an arrest warrant for WWE Superstar Heath Slater (Heath Miller) stemming from an incident that occured at the WrestleMania 27 after party in 2011.

The report notes that a woman named Corrine Oliver, who was working security at the party, alleges that Slater put her in a chokehold and attempted to get her into an elevator and then drag her to his hotel room at the Hyatt Regency and claims that the attack caused damage to five vertebrae in her back. Oliver reported the matter to her supervisor the next morning, but waited three months to file a police report, claiming that she waited for supervisors to file the report, but they never did and also said that other WWE Superstars witnessed what Slater was doing and didn’t do anything to help her.

WWE’s lawyer Jerry McDevitt responded to the matter in a statement stating that the charges were filed against Heath Miller and not against the WWE, the same stance that they have taken in the past with other Superstar arrests.
