In a recent interview with The Alternative Sports Show, current WBO, IBF and WBA (Super) Heavyweight boxing Champion Anthony Joshua revealed that he would be interested in any potential WWE appearances, noting that he would want to follow in the footsteps of Muhammad Ali by appearing for the company.

When questioned about working with the WWE or potentially taking on a fight for the UFC post-boxing, Joshua responded by stating, “I am going to WWE because that’s what Muhammad Ali done. So, I am going to do WWE.”

If Joshua does appear for the WWE in the future, he will follow in the footsteps of the aforementioned Ali, as well as Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather and Tyson Fury to have made the jump from a boxing ring to a WWE ring for an appearance.
