According to reports in the MMA world this week, former WWE Champion and UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will be in attendance at tomorrow night’s UFC 168 pay-per-view and will be speaking with UFC’s Dana White in regards to a potential return to the MMA promotion.

Speaking at a pre-fight press conference yesterday, Dana White responded to questions regarding a potential meeting with Lesnar and replied that he didn’t know if it would happen.

Lesnar met with White back in May 2012, just a few short weeks after his WWE return to talk about the possibility of a UFC super fight against Fedor Emelianenko that would have took place at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, Texas. At the time of the meeting, White noted that talks went terrible, but later revealed that those talks actually went well, however Fedor’s father passed away and Fedor decided to retire from mixed-martial-arts, which prompted Brock to call time on his UFC career at the time.

Lesnar’s health issues over the years with diverticulitis also played an issue in him deciding to call time on his UFC career, however ever since he made his WWE return, he has discussed the potential of another fight for the UFC, so it will be interesting to see if his deal with WWE allows him to pursue an option in the MMA world should he choose to do so and if a potential super fight against Fedor is still on the cards.
