All Elite Wrestling star Bryan Danielson made an appearance via video during today’s NJPW Dominion event at the Osaka-jo Hall in Osaka, Japan.

Following the match for the NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Championships that saw Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii successfully retain their titles against Blackpool Combat Club’s Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Shota Umino, Danielson appeared on-screen and issued a challenge to Okada.

Okada accepted the challenge and said that the Forbidden Door would be open, teasing the two facing off at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door event on June 25th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
