Former WWE Superstar, Chris Masters, noted on his Twitter account yesterday, that he had been added to TNA Wrestling’s upcoming project in India, that is scheduled to air on the Colors Network in the country. Masters had only taken to his account a few days prior to rally fans to encourage TNA Wrestling President, Dixie Carter, to sign him, noting that for anyone that’s ever felt like an underdog, who’s ever tried to make nothing into something and has worked their a** off and that this was his battlecry.

Masters will obviously be undergoing  a name change to avoid any trademark issues, which TNA Wrestling will be doing with other stars that currently appear on Impact Wrestling. The Indian Project will not feature the TNA Wrestling logo or bare any association on-screen to a working relationship with TNA Wrestling, however behind the scenes, Jeff Jarrett, Dave Lagana, Savio Vega, Rudy Charles and Dutch Mantel are closely working on the project.

More names are expected to be announced over the coming days and you can follow the project’s first announced acquisition at twitter.com/wwemasterp.
