Following his victory over The Miz and Alberto del Rio at last night’s WWE Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view event, with the added in excitement for certain sections of WWE’s fanbase of Zack Ryder winning the WWE United States Championship and Daniel Bryan winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the self proclaimed “Best in the World” took to his Twitter account to comment on the event.

Punk noted that he is very proud of Daniel Bryan and Zack Ryder and proud of his crew of young, talented and hard working wrestlers before continuing on to praise Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston and saying that the TLC PPV was a great step towards the future of the business and that the change he has been talking about has started.

On Daniel Bryan’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship victory, Punk tweeted a photo of the two stating, “Two Indy schmucks didn’t do so bad, Eh?”
