“The Beast” will be unleashed next Friday night April 5th at the Melrose Ballroom. The legendary UFC Hall of Famer Dan “The Beast” Severn will step into the ring with 39 other wrestlers with the hope of smashing all comers and winning a title shot against the World Heavyweight Champion anytime, anywhere.
Winning 101 MMA fights, Severn is considered one of the leading pioneers of mixed martial arts and the first true world-class wrestler to compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship Fighting out of Coldwater, MI, Severn is a 5th degree black belt in judo, 2nd degree black belt in jujutsu and 1st Razryad International master in Sambo. Yes, Dan Severn is a highly skilled and dangerous fighter. Severn is the first and only UFC Triple Crown champion and the only man to win a world title and a tournament, having won the UFC Superfight Championship and the 1995 Ultimate Ultimate tournament. Severn is also no stranger to pro wrestling, having won the NWA World Championship.
