WWE’s Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative Triple H was at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida last week for what was described as an assessment on developmental talents that have yet to progress to working the NXT TV Tapings at Full Sail University.
The internal belief is that Triple H now wants to start tracking the progress of each developmental Superstar and Diva as a way to see who stands out the most and who should be given the chance to move up to WWE NXT television and has instructed this to be done with talents working the tryout camps to see who would be TV ready within 3-6 months after being signed by the company.
Triple H wants the WWE Performance Center staff to recognize what talents have true breakout potential such as Bray Wyatt and all three Shield members and wants the staff to be able to recognize those talents as early as possible to have their progress tracked.
