TNA Wrestling held a conference call earlier today with the entire company roster, with Dixie Carter officially introducing Anthem Sports & Entertainment’s Eric Nordholm as a member of the Board of Managers for the company, stating that the Board will be guiding the company going forward, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that Dixie Carter praised the new relationship with Anthem Sports & Entertainment, stating that they have injected capital and resources into the company and will bring it to the next level, while Nordholm addressed the roster and praised them for their hard work, stating that the new agreement will be a great opportunity for both TNA Wrestling and The Fight Network. There was then some discussion about the idea of an over the top network utilizing TNA Wrestling content, before it was noted that the company are looking towards getting back on a touring schedule as well as strengthening its relationship with Sony Six, their TV partner in India.

The report further notes that when Dixie Carter was asked about creative changes in the company, she noted that Dave Lagana tendered his resignation last week and that Billy Corgan was no longer with the company and stated that going forward, they will be going back towards a collaborative effort and noted that the creative department currently consists of “Big” John Gaburick, Matt Conway and Madison Rayne and that they are looking towards hiring more people to add to that end of the company.
