The Insane Championship Wrestling promotion have announced that former ROH Pure Champion, GHC Tag Team Champion, PROGRESS Atlas Champion, TNA Television Champion, TNA World Tag Team Champion, two-time TNA X-Division Champion, and IWGP Tag Team Champion Doug Williams will be returning to the company in two weeks time.
