Endeavor announced in their Q2 Earnings release that the company expects that their acquisition of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) will close in mid-to-late September, and that upon completion, they plan to merge WWE with UFC into one public company called TKO Group Holdings Inc.

Endeavor previously announced the acquisition of WWE back in April during WrestleMania weekend. When the acquisition is complete, WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon will serve as the Executive Chairman of TKO Holdings.
