Speaking through his official Twitter account, ESPN personality Amin Elhassan issued an apology for comments he made earlier in the week when he responded in a harsh manner to a video of Kevin Owens’ 8-year-old son showing his excitement at his father winning the WWE Universal Championship.

The tweet from Elhassan drew a storm of responses, some of which he responded to in the same manner, which even led to former WWE superstar Cody Rhodes requesting that the WWE cut its ties with ESPN for insulting a child and that mainstream isn’t always the best way to go.
