Following the announcement back on May 10th, 2012 that Bellator Fighting Championships and TNA Wrestling had signed former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Muhammad “King Mo” Lawal to contracts with both companies through their Spike TV association, it appears that another Bellator Fighting Championships signing could potentially be stepping inside a wrestling ring.

In speaking to several sources, Wrestling-News.Net have learned that several people in TNA Wrestling are pushing the company to work out a deal with Bellator that would see Paul Daley, who was confirmed by Bellator’s Bjorn Rebney as joining the organisation on Friday, sign a deal with TNA Wrestling with one idea thrown about seeing Daley and Lawal debut as an MMA-style tag team destroying opponents before capturing the TNA Tag Team Championships. If Daley turns down TNA’s offer, there are still big plans for Lawal’s wrestling debut in the fall.

Daley will make his Bellator debut at Bellator 72 on July 20th, 2012. If anything else becomes available during that time, we will keep you updated.
