WWE announced on their official website earlier today that WWE Universal Champion Finn Bálor may have suffered a labrum tear during his match against Seth Rollins at last night’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view.

WWE’s ringside physician Chris Robinson stated the following in the article about the injury, “He hit the wall during the match, dislocated his shoulder and was able to put it back in himself in a split second”, while it is also noted that Bálor is scheduled to receive a surgical consult that will determine the extent of his injury and what his recovery time will be.
