Joey Ryan, Ivelisse Velez, Kobra Moon (Thunder Rosa), Texano Jr and El Hijo del Fantasma have been granted their contractual releases from Lucha Underground as part of a legal settlement regarding a lawsuit filed by the above against the production company behind Lucha Underground, according to news first reported by LuchaCentral.com.

The report notes that the talents were suing to be released, arguing that the series was not active and not providing them work, and as a result was preventing them from being able to work and sign elsewhere.
