Former WWE superstar Ashley Massaro, best known for her time with the WWE from 2005-2008 passed away early on Thursday morning, according to a report from TMZ.

The report notes that Massaro, who won the 2005 WWE Diva Search contest, landing her a role with the company, was transported from her home in Suffolk County, New York to a nearby hospital where she passed away.
