Francisco Ciatso, a fixture in the Florida independent wrestling scene and the Head Trainer at the WWN Training Center passed away earlier this morning at the age of 48.

Ciatso, originally from Oyster Bay, New York, began his training under “Exotic” Adrian Street and the WCW Power Plant and spent two years with Deep South Wrestling, then WWE’s developmental territory.

In addition to his training, Ciatso made appearances over the years for promotions including the National Wrestling Alliance, TNA Wrestling, WWE, NWA Wildside, NWA Florida, World Wrestling Network, Coastal Championship Wrestling, Gangrel’s Wrestling Asylum, Ring Warriors, American Combat Wrestling, Full Impact Pro, World Wrestling Council and many more promotions.

Ciatso held numerous titles throughout his career, including the ACW Tag Team Championships, the AIWF America’s Heavyweight Championship, the AIWF World Heavyweight Championship, the AIWF World Tag Team Championship, the IPW Light Heavyweight Championship, the IPW Tag Team Championships, the IPW Television Championship, the Lariato pro Tag Team Championships, the NWA Florida Tag Team Championships, the PWR Tag Team Championships, the SCW Southern Heavyweight Championship on three occassions, the USA Pro Tag Team Championship, the USWA Tag Team Championships on two occassions and the Vintage Heavyweight Championship on three occassions.
