Prestige Wrestling have announced that former NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Fred Rosser will make his debut for the promotion as part of their No Art, No Cowboys, No Rules event on September 9th at the Missoula Fairgrounds 4H Pavilion in Missoula, Montana.
