Women’s Superstars Uncensored returned to iPPV at the NYWC Sportatorium last night in Deer Park, New York with “Uncensored Rumble V” that was headlined by a casket match for the WSU World Championship between the Champion Jessicka Havok and the challenger Mercedes Martinez.

Results

Destiny comes out to welcome us to the show as Marti Belle immediately slides into the ring and says that she’s ready for a shot at the WSU Spirit Championship and calls out Jessicka Havok who comes out with fellow Midwest Militia members Allisyn Kay and Sassy Stephanie. Jessicka gets on the mic and says that tonight Marti isn’t getting her chance as she has a casket match to get ready for and has already beaten Marti twice so far. Amy Lee comes out to ringside angered and tells the Midwest Militia including Jessicka Havok to get their f***ing c**t a**** inside the ring (I’m not making that up, it’s Amy Lee after all folks!) and tells Jessicka Havok that she has two options for tonight, defend the WSU Spirit Championship match against Marti Belle right now and defend the WSU World Championship against Mercedes Martinez later tonight or be stripped of both titles, with no casket match tonight. Havok becomes enraged and agrees to the WSU Spirit Championship match.

WSU Spirit Championship Match – Jessicka Havok (c) vs. Marti Belle
Amy Lee is announced as the referee for this match which Havok immediately starts the offence in. Havok with a powerbomb thats reversed into a facebuster by Marti Belle. Inside the ring Havok distracts Amy Lee as Kay and Stephanie attack Marti, which sees Stephanie hit a Kiss My Sass on Marti. Mercedes Martinez makes her way to the ring and gets rid of the Militia and hits a fisherman buster on Havok, which causes the commentators to go crazy as Marti reaches over for the pin.
Winner and NEW WSU Spirit Champion – Marti Belle.

Following the match Mercedes got on the mic and stated that she has just cost Havok the WSU Spirit Championship and that later tonight, she will cost her the WSU World Championship in the casket match. Martinez then tells Havok that she needs to stop with the Resident Evil-esque promos as this company is not WWE, it WS-F***ing-U b****. Amy Lee then gets on the mic and says that the Midwest Militia are banned from ringside for tonight’s casket match as we shoot back to Destiny for the second match of the evening.

nCw International Femmes Fatales Championship Match – Kalamity (c) vs. Sweet Cherrie
These two have a past from the nCw promotion and if anyone hasn’t been aware of them before, the iPPV will be a good way to get those watching and those in attendance familiar with both. Both women immediately begin striking one another back and forth to start the match with Sweet Cherrie getting the upper hand after the back and forth. Kalamity now gets the advantage and hits Cherrie with several kicks, with one to the glutes (as stated by the commentator) followed by doubles knees to the back of Cherrie’s head on the ropes. Really hard hitting match thus far. Kalamity goes to hit another kick but Cherrie counters it and hits a Northern Lights suplex and gains the advantage but the fans are having none of it and cheer Kalamity on. Kalamity now back to her feet as she throws Cherrie into the corner and hits a forearm strike to follow it up, followed by a swinging neckbreaker. Kalamity lifts up Cherrie and hits the Magnum driver for the 3 count.
Winner and STILL nCw Femmes Fatales Champion – Kalamity.

Tina San Antonio vs. Annie Social
Third match of the evening in under 40 minutes sees TSA take on one half of C.U.N.T. which the commentators joked meant C U Next Tuesday. Annie Social starts the match strong taking it to Tina who rolls out of the ring. Social follows and is attacked by TSA as she re-enters the ring. San Antonio goes to attack again but gets countered by Social who hits an arm drag and an arm lock. TSA gets up and fights back, but gets kicked (lets just say down below). Social goes on the attack, but TSA throws her to the floor as Social ends up doing the splits. Both women back to their feet now as Social hits a vertical suplex and follows it up with a swinging neckbreaker. Social goes for the triangle choke but TSA manages to break it. Both women now back up as TSA kicks Social down below and scores a rollup for the win. What made me laugh at this finish last night was when Alan Wojcik of Kayfabe Wrestling Radio tweeted that with kicks like that TSA should be taking field goals for the New York Jets. CLASSIC!
Winner – Tina San Antonio.

Epic Bout Of Epicness – LuFisto vs. Leva Bates
Leva Bates comes out to the ring this time dressed as Black Widow from The Avengers with water pistols as her handguns, while LuFisto comes out to the ring with short hair. Match starts off with a great pace which sees Bates hit armdrags and a headscissors which are then followed up by chops and kicks from LuFisto and followed up by a fujiwara armbar from Bates which LuFisto fights out of. Leva pulls out water pistols and squirts them at Pegaboo (LuFisto’s doll) which enrages LuFisto as the two women go back and forth trading blows. Leva goes up top and hits LuFisto with a double stomp. Leva back up and hits a diving reverse DDT on LuFisto for a 2 count. LuFisto grabs Leva with a purple nurple! and hits a boob-plex. Both women back up now as Leva misses a leg drop from the top rope. LuFisto hits a spinning backfist and a burning hammer for the win. Best match of the night so far.
Winner – LuFisto.

Following the match LuFisto offers Pegaboo to Leva and then shakes hands as a mark of respect.

4 On 3 Handicap Match – Kimber Lee, Jessie Brooks, Jana and Latasha vs. Jennifer Cruz, Ezavel Suena and Nikki Addams
Prior to the match it is announced that Cherry Bomb would be unable to attend tonight, which I believe makes 2 WSU events in a row that she’s not attended now. The match starts off and Kimber Lee immediately gets eliminated, so she will enter the Uncensored Rumble as the #1 entrant and now makes it 3 vs. 3. Nikki Addams is eliminated, followed by Jessie Brooks, taking it down to 2 vs. 2. Jana and Latasha attempt double cartwheel splashes, however Ezavel Suena gets the knees up on Latasha and Latasha gets eliminated. Jana locks in the Jana Vice on Suena who taps out and its down to 1 vs. 1 between Jana and Cruz. Jana attempts an inside cradle pin, however Cruz reverses and gets the pin and will be the final entrant into tonight’s Uncensored Rumble
Winners – Jennifer Cruz, Ezavel Suena and Nikki Addams.

Terra Callaway vs. Allysin Kay
Time for the other members of the Midwest Militia to get stuck into action as Allisyn Kay takes on the debuting Terra Callaway. Both women start this off strong as Kay takes the upper hand and spits some gum in the face of Callaway, who hits a punch to the temple of Kay. Callaway hits a sidewalk slam for a two count. Fans are very behind Terra Callaway here, which is good for her debut match in Women Superstars Uncensored. Kay is now on the offence as she hits a suplex on Callaway. Both women now back to their feet as Terra hits a bomb on Kay for a pinfall. Kay reverses it and locks on a submission for the victory as Terra taps out. Same submission move that won the Midwest Militia the tag titles at the 5 Year Anniversary Show.
Winner – Allisyn Kay.

Uncensored Rules Match – Sassy Stephanie vs. Brittney Savage
Midwest Militia back in action again as both women take the match to the outside and brawl to the crowd which sees Savage get sent face first into a steel chair and then into the guard rail. Stephanie picks up a wooden plank and hits Savage with it as fans start chanting “Hooooo” and “USA, USA, USA”, an obvious reference to Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Someone in the crowd shouted out “she’s got a large piece of wood in her hands” which made me laugh. Stephanie grabs some barbed wire and attempts to use it, however Savage hits her with a kick to the face and chokes Stephanie with it and throws Stephanie into the guard rail and proceeds to choke her with her boot. Stephanie gets the upper hand and heads backstage to pick up an exercise rope and proceeds to choke Savage with it. Stephanie hits a skull crusher on a steel chair. Both women back up as Savage attempts a Diamond Cutter, however Stephanie reverses and hits the Kiss My Sass, which Savage kicks out of, much to the surprise of Stephanie. Both women going back and forth trading blows as Savage hits the Diamond Cutter for the victory.
Winner – Brittney Savage.

Grudge Match – Lexus vs. Alicia
Both women in the ring and Alicia starts things off with a hard slap to the face of Lexus. Both women go back and forth as Lexus takes it to the mat and locks in a camel clutch followed by a rake to the face of Alicia. Lexus and Alicia go back and forth as Lexus attempts a headscissors, but instead in the process applies an octopus stretch, which Alicia reverses and drops Lexus to the mat. Both women back up and then straight back down as Lexus hits a diving clothesline followed by a camel clutch as the fans chant for both women. Alicia throws Lexus to the corner and hits a running butt bump and takes her down with a hip toss for a two count. Lexus with a lariat and goes up top but Alicia brings her back down. Alicia now with the upper hand as she takes control and makes several attempts at a pin to no avail. Lexus goes up top for a missile dropkick and misses it, Alicia with a scoop slam and it’s over.
Winner – Alicia.

We’re shown a video package explaining the Uncensored Rumble rules and how women can be eliminated by going through or going over the top rope.

Uncensored Rumble Match
Kimber Lee enters the match as #1 with Allysin Kay entering as #2. Kay on the attack and tries to eliminate Kimber Lee straight away to no avail. After a bit of back and forth, Jessie Brooks is introduced as the #3 contestant. Brooks and Lee now double teaming to eliminate Kay, who knocks their heads together and manages to evade them. #4 is Ezavel Suena who comes out and tries to eliminate Kay also. #5 is Nikki Addams. The entrants say that it’s every 90 seconds but it seemed much faster than that on the night. #6 is Latasha who comes in and starts with Kay. All women brawling in the ring with no one eliminated thus far. #7 is nCw’s Sweet Cherrie who comes in and attacks anyone in sight. #8 is Sassy Stephanie as the Midwest Militia team up. Jessie Brooks is eliminated, followed by Latasha and then Ezavel Suena. Sweet Cherrie gets eliminated as #9 Marti Belle is introduced. Nikki Addams eliminated as Tina San Antonio comes in as #10 and goes straight on the attack on Marti Belle.

No elimination since then as #11 Leva Bates comes out again with her water guns and starts spraying it while doing superhero poses. Jana is introduced as #12 as all women inside the ring battle to get rid of one another. #13 is Lexus who walks slowly to the ring. Inside the ring Leva Bates is seen in the corner doing the same thing since she entered. #14 is Terra Callaway, out to a great ovation, which is twice in one night from the WSU crowd. Callaway heads straight for Allysin Kay, however the Midwest Militia overpower her. #15 is Annie Social who comes in and helps out fellow C.U.N.T. member Kimber Lee, as we see Terra Callaway get eliminated by the Militia. Kalamity is introduced as #16 and goes on the offence. #17 is Brittney Savage who comes in and goes straight after Sassy Stephanie as both continue their feud from earlier in the night. Alicia enters at #18 to a huge ovation as the commentators put over how she’s been here since Day 1 and has basically done it all in WSU. Tina San Antonio is eliminated as LuFisto is in as #19. LuFisto goes straight for Kalamity and eliminates her and then goes after Allysin Kay, with both women attacking each other back and forth. #20 is Amy Lee as the commentators can’t believe it and question if that was the surprise of the night. A low “YES” chant broke out when Lee was introduced. Lee headbutts everyone inside the ring as the final entrant Jennifer Cruz is introduced.

Leva Bates is eliminated, followed closely by Jana, Kimber Lee and then LuFisto. Amy Lee eliminates Jennifer Cruz much to the joy of the live crowd as Lexus eliminates Annie Social. Amy Lee now going after the Militia, however they get the upper hand and eliminate her. Lexus is eliminated however the referee never saw it, so she hides under the ring as they check on Amy Lee. Brittney Savage and Sassy Stephanie are eliminated as it comes down to Allysin Kay and Alicia. Both go back and forth for a few seconds as Alicia eliminates Kay and believes that she’s won as she stands in the ring alone. Alicia asks for the mic and begins to cut a promo, as Lexus sneaks up and tosses he out of the ring. Alicia is eliminated and Lexus becomes the Uncensored Rumble winner 2 years running as Alicia heads to the back irate tossing up whatever she can find in the process.
Winner and the number one contender to the WSU World Championship – Lexus

Following the match, commentator Jon Harder goes on his phone to read a lengthy statement that Women Superstars Uncensored has been purchased by Beyond Wrestling and that all shows will now be filmed in High Definition with a full announcement on the purchase being made on Beyond Wrestling’s website this Monday. A video package then airs showcasing the Havok and Martinez feud as it’s thrown to Destiny to introduce the final match of the evening, a casket match for the WSU World Championship.

Casket Match For The WSU World Championship – Jessicka Havok (c) vs. Mercedes Martinez
Jessicka Havok comes to the ring in black angel attire and enters to a beatdown from Mercedes who then picks her up and hits a chop to the chest. Fisherman buster attempt by Mercedes, however Havok counters and hits a powerbomb into the turnbuckle, chokes Mercedes and hits punch after punch and then both women go back and forth which sees the action sent to the outside. Martinez throws Havok into the guard rail and then sends her back inside the ring. Mercedes with a double-arm DDT as we see the casket coming for the first time. Havok fights back and hits a sidewalk slam. Both women back up and both heading to the top rope as Mercedes gets the advantage and knocks Havok down and hits her with a missile dropkick. Ladder now brought into play as Havok slams Mercedes onto it and calls for the casket, which sees Mercedes get some momentum and land a DDT onto the ladder. Mercedes sets up the ladder in the corner and attempts to slam Havok through it, however Havok counters and hits a suplex onto the ladder. Havok has Martinez in a bear hug and rams her into the ladder. Both women now back to their feet as the go back and forth exchanging attack after attack. The casket is called for and is now inside the ring as Martinez hits a german suplex on Havok onto the casket followed by a fisherman buster through the casket, which is broken in several pieces as Harder and Rogers question whether Martinez has it won as Havok is inside the casket but there’s no lid as that’s in several pieces now. Mercedes is now aware of a second casket being brought to the ring as she hits a fisherman buster on Havok and goes to put her inside. Martinez opens the casket, however is met with a fist of powder as LuFisto emerges from inside and starts beating up Martinez and then heads away, much to the shock of Havok. Havok takes advantage of the situation and hits the Air Raid Crash and drags Martinez into the casket and closes it for the win.
Winner and STILL WSU World Champion – Jessicka Havok.

Havok celebrates with her foot on the casket as Harder and Rogers question LuFisto’s actions and whether it has anything to do with the Midwest Milita as we go off the air.

Quick Thoughts

– When WSU said in various press releases over the past few weeks that they were going all out with the pay-per-view they certainly weren’t lying as this was overall brilliant from top to bottom. As I tweeted last night, this pay-per-view showcased brilliant women’s wrestling and no one should tell you that that form of wrestling sucks.

– The Leva Bates vs. LuFisto match was for me the match of the night, followed closely by the casket match. The debut of Terra Callaway as well as the addition of nCw Femme Fatales’ Kalamity and Sweet Cherrie were great to see and welcome additions to the roster. Having LuFisto on board is always a welcome addition and the surprise at the end of the night will set up perfectly for when she takes on Martinez at nCw next month. Will that lead to the two facing off again in WSU only time will tell.

– The announcement that Beyond Wrestling have taken over the company came as a bit of a surprise to many in attendance and those watching on iPPV. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the company and the fact that they’re continuing WSU as a seperate company to the Beyond Wrestling company shows good signs that WSU isn’t done from tonight. I’d definitely recommend ordering the replay of this or the DVD when it becomes available.

– Finally, from myself personally, I want to thank Sean “The Mic” McCaffrey for his time with Women Superstars Uncensored prior to the sale of the company to Beyond Wrestling as without him, the company would not be where it is today. I think it must have made him really proud last night to see that WSU was trending above certain WWE topics on Twitter, showcasing that women’s wrestling on the independent scene is popular to wrestling fans. I wish Sean all the best going forward and thank him for making the company what he wanted it to be from the moment he started it up, a success.
