In an update on the health of former ECW World Champion Sabu, after he was found in an unconscious state prior to last night’s Extreme Reunion event and was rushed to hospital, Sabu checked himself out of the hospital earlier this morning and has been telling those close to him that he was fine.

At one point last night when TMZ picked up on the story, Sabu trended on Twitter in various areas worldwide.
