A hearing is scheduled on November 12th in The Hillsborough County Court in Tampa, Florida in regards to the case of Phillip A. Thomas II, the man who was arrested inside the home of WWE superstar Sonya Deville (Daria Berenato) last month, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that the hearing is related to the temporary injunction filed against Thomas in order to prevent him from approaching or contacting Deville or any of her family members.

Thomas currently remains incarcerated without bail as The Hillsborough County Jail as Judge Catherine Caitlin ruled on August 20th that he was a threat to the safety of the community after Deville testified about him invading her home, as well as the hundreds of messages that she had discovered he had sent to her social media accounts after authorities provided her with his name post-arrest.
