Heath Slater, who was one of several names released by the company as part of cuts related to COVID-19 back in April, made an appearance during tonight’s WWE RAW broadcast on the USA Network.

Slater was brought out by Dolph Ziggler to confront Drew McIntyre and discussed how when Drew was released by the WWE in 2014, he was there for Drew, but that when he was released, Drew was not there for him, which led to the two working a brief match.

As of writing, it has not been confirmed as to whether Slater has signed a new contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. His 90-day non-compete clause is set to expire around July 18th, the same date as the IMPACT Slammiversary pay-per-view and a company who have teased their interest in his services.
