Ring of Honor Tag Team The American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) worked tonight’s WWE NXT TV Tapings in a non-title match against The Ascension (Konnor O’Brian & Rick Viktor).

Davey went under the name of John Cahill, while Edwards went under the name of Eric Philbin, while the team were known as The American Pitbulls.

As we mentioned earlier today, there was an expectation this week that both stars would work tonight’s NXT TV Tapings in some form as they have been at the WWE Performance Center all week.
