Indi Hartwell, who was drafted to WWE RAW during the 2023 WWE Draft, made an appearance during Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT and announced that she would be vacating the WWE NXT Women’s Championship due to a high ankle sprain.
It was announced that with the title now declared vacant, a tournament will begin on next week’s episode, and will conclude at the WWE NXT Battleground event where a new NXT Women’s Champion will be crowned.
