WWE SmackDown superstar Jeff Hardy’s court date regarding DWI charges stemming from his October 2019 arrest originally scheduled for today has been pushed back to Monday, May 11th in Moore County, North Carolina.

North Carolina’s Chief Justice Cheri Beasley announced back in mid-March that most District and Superior court cases in the State would be continued for at least 30 days as a result of the ongoing situation with the global Coronavirus pandemic.
