WWE superstar Jeff Hardy’s next scheduled court appearance regarding his October 2019 arrest for Driving While Impaired is set for Monday, April 6th in Moore County Court in North Carolina, the day after the WrestleMania 36 pay-per-view, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

For those unfamiliar with the story, Hardy was arrested on the evening of Thursday, October 3rd in Moore County, North Carolina, with the police report for the arrest noting that authorities received a tip about a careless driver at around 8:40pm that evening and that authorities located Hardy’s car in front of a liquor store, where he emerged carrying a case of beer, with authorities following him and pulling him over after they observed him weaving badly in his lane.

The report adds that Hardy had what seemed to be dried blood on his nose and that he told officers that himself and his wife had got into a fight. The police report states that Hardy admitted to having two shots of vodka and being impaired, while Hardy failed a field sobriety test and according to the report, was uncooperative when asked for a breathalyzer or blood sample, which led to a judge signing off on a search warrant, allowing officers to extract a blood sample from Hardy.

Hardy’s driver’s license has been revoked until the case is resolved.
