WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka will be officially arraigned on charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter on November 2nd at 11am in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania before Judge Kelly L. Banach, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that at a hearing earlier this month, the prosecution and defense both agreed that they would bypass preliminary hearings in the case against Snuka, where he is charged in the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in Allentown, Pennsylvania and that bypassing those two hearings meant that both sides would go right to trial and as part of the deal, the defense would receive access to the grand jury transcripts.

Snuka, who is 70 years old and currently suffering from stomach cancer is questionable as to whether he is mentally able to stand trial, with his defense attorney claiming that Snuka’s grand jury trial was a sham based upon the Judge allowing hearsay testimony from third parties.
