In a post on his official Twitter account, Joey Ryan noted that in addition to the several lawsuits that he has dropped within the past week, that he has also dropped the lawsuit against Pelle Primeau.

Court records indicate that Ryan dismissed the case with prejudice, which would only allow him to re-file until the statute of limitation ends.

I’ve filed to dismiss the Pennsylvania lawsuit too. We’re all struggling with mental health, myself included. Him and I will never agree as to the events in 2013 but I could be more sympathetic. I went through something similar in 2018 and understand his pain.
