Over The Top Wrestling have announced that All Elite Wrestling star Jon Moxley will be appearing as part of their 9th Anniversary weekend this October.
The events will take place on Friday, October 27th at the Hangar in Wolverhampton, England and on Saturday, October 28th at the National Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.
