Former IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander made his return to the company during tonight’s Slammiversary pay-per-view confronting Alex Shelley after he successfully retained the IMPACT World Championship during his match against Nick Aldis.

Alexander relinquished the IMPACT World Championship back in March of this year after suffering a triceps tear.
