New Japan Pro Wrestling star Kazuchika Okada has revealed that he was one of the nine stars in the company that had tested positive for COVID-19, according to a report from Tokyo Sports.

Okada, who was pulled from the second night of NJPW’s Wrestling Dontaku earlier this month alongside Minoru Suzuki, El Desperado, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, SHO & YOH after being in contact with two wrestlers who had tested positive for COVID-19, revealed that he tested negative several times after PCR testing was conducted across the entire roster, but after he ended up with a fever, he later tested positive.

Okada noted that he attempted to train at his home at the time, and did not have the energy to do so at the time, however he is starting to feel better now.
