KENTA (the former Hideo Itami in WWE) was revealed as the newest member of the BULLET CLUB faction during today’s G1 CLIMAX Finals event.

KENTA teamed with Tomohiro Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI during the event to take on BULLET CLUB (Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa & Bad Luck Fale), however during the match, KENTA dropped off the ring apron and turned his back on Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI before attacking them and hitting the Go 2 Sleep on Ishii, allowing BULLET CLUB to pick up the victory.

Post-match, another big story emerged as Katsuyori Shibata hit the ring and attacked KENTA for his actions, which blew the roof off the Nippon Budokan, however the numbers proved too much and BULLET CLUB beat down Shibata.

Shibata getting physical during the event has got a lot of people talking, as he has not wrestled since April 2017 due to a subdural hematoma, which was widely believed to have led to him calling time on his in-ring career as he transitioned into a full-time coach at the NJPW Dojo in Los Angeles, California.
