Blackwood vs. Deppen added to MLW’s NYC return

Grudge match signed for December at the Melrose Ballroom

MLW have announced Kevin Blackwood vs. Tony Deppen at the FUSION TV taping portion of MLW: ONE-SHOT Thursday, December 7 at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City.

The match Kevin Blackwood has demanded is now official!

Tony Deppen and TJ Crawford savagely attacked Kevin Blackwood, putting Blackwood on the shelf for a few months with an ankle injury.

Deppen was subsequently suspended when he refused to pay a fine for the attack. However, Deppen was not silent on social media, where he continued to run his mouth, defiantly mocking the injured Blackwood and MLW’s disciplinary actions.

Despite being suspended, Deppen has remained busy, with Griffin McCoy joining the Deppen/Crawford gang. During this, a masked man mysteriously appeared, aiding Crawford and McCoy in their fights.

With the suspension ending, Deppen is cleared and ready to compete but is he ready for Blackwood’s wrath?

The match is a part of the FUSION portion of the card.
