LA FACCION INGOBERNABLE TAKES ON MEXISQUAD AT PURE EXCELLENCE IN PITTSBURGH
La Faccion Ingobernable could soon be in possession of more gold in ROH.
At Pure Excellence Night 2 in Pittsburgh on April 11, LFI — ROH World Champion RUSH, ROH World Television Champion Dragon Lee and Kenny King — will meet current ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions MexiSquad (Bandido, Flamita and Rey Horus).
If MexiSquad are still the champions heading into the match, the six-man belts will be on the line. MexiSquad is scheduled to defend the title at Supercard of Honor on April 4 in Lakeland, Fla., against Will Ospreay, Amazing Red and Rocky Romero.
MexiSquad won the six-man title and ended Villain Enterprises’ 301-day reign in January. Flamita has been out of action since undergoing meniscus surgery last month, but he is expected to be back for the Pittsburgh event.
Since LFI formed in December, they’ve been absolutely ruthless in their quest to make ROH their empire, so MexiSquad had better be at full strength if they hope to stall LFI’s momentum.
