The State of Tennessee has filed a lien against TNA Wrestling for unpaid taxes, with the amount owed not listed in the article, according to a report from The Tennesseean.

Meanwhile, according to a report from PWInsider.com, documents filed with the Tennessee State Secretary show that Aroluxe’s secured debt is for $3.4 million, while research from PWInsider shows the secured debt for Anthem Sports and Entertainment Corp, the parent company of The Fight Network is for $500,000, which led to The Fight Network getting a minor ownership stake in the company, as well as worldwide streaming rights to the TNA library.

The secured debt for MCC Acquisitions Corp, which based on their research, fits with the cost for the Bound For Glory pay-per-view and subsequent television tapings is $1.1 million and that Aroluxe’s secured debt is listed at $1.8 million as of last March.

The report goes on to note that none of this includes whatever Billy Corgan’s investment was over the course of 2016 and that as secured creditors for the company, the three aforementioned entities would be the first in line to get something if the company shutters operations and goes into bankruptcy.
