There has been strong talk within the company in recent weeks that WWE are lining up a major UFC name to appear at WrestleMania 33 next year in Orlando, Florida with Ronda Rousey’s name believed to be top of the list following comments made by Stephanie McMahon earlier in the week that she would be pushing hard to convince Rousey to join the WWE roster when she calls time on her career, something Rousey noted on Ellen is coming to an end, stating that her fight against Amanda Nunes next month will be one of her last as a mixed martial artist.

The other belief within the company is that if they do not use Ronda Rousey at the event, then they may turn to current UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor. As always, with any cross-over appearance, an appearance by Rousey, McGregor or anyone else for that matter would have to be approved by the UFC and Dana White, however we will continue to track whatever happens in the coming weeks and months.
