Following recent DWI charges against former WWE and TNA Wrestling superstar, Matt Hardy, which resulted in Hardy announcing back in September that he was going to check himself into a WWE-sponsored rehabilitation facility for up to 3 months, as one of the conditions for Hardy’s release from custody on his arrests, Hardy has been kicked out of the rehabilitation center, after he failed a breathalyzer test.

According to a report from entertainment website TMZ, staff at the rehab facility became suspicious of Hardy’s behavior on Friday evening and gave him an on the spot breathalyzer test, which he failed. Hardy noted to the staff that he wasn’t drinking and only failed because he had just used mouthwash, however the staff didn’t believe Hardy and ordered him to leave the rehabilitation center. Hardy, who has a month left to run on his time in rehab was told back in September by the Moore County District Attorney that if he didn’t comply with the treatment, he would be placed in jail with a bond set at $1m.

Hardy was arrested late last night as he got off a plane in Moore County, North Carolina and booked at 1.30am Eastern this morning for violation of a court order.
