In an update on the ongoing battle between The Hardys and IMPACT Wrestling in terms of intellectual property, Matt Hardy noted on his official Twitter account that all “Broken” related trademarks are now the property of himself and his wife Reby.
Over the past week, Anthem and IMPACT Wrestling had started adding the trademark term on their YouTube page regarding any videos that featured the term “Broken” in it regarding The Hardys.
