Mexican wrestling star Pasion Kristal, who at one time also competed under the name of Nemesis 2000, passed away on June 1st while swimming at a beach in the Acapulco region of Mexico, with Kristal’s body yet to be recovered as of writing, according to a report from TVAzteca.
Kristal, real name Gabriel Centella Damian, was in the region to work an event, debuted in 1994 and worked for several promotions including AAA and IWRG and may be best known to wrestling fans globally for being part of the Los Exoticos stable alongside Pimpinella Escarlata and Cassandro, while in 2012, Kristal began to promote events under the Lucha Libre y Espectáculos del Sureste (LLES) banner.
