Starrcast Events have announced that WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is the first name confirmed to appear as part of the convention during Labor Day Weekend.
Starrcast III is also scheduled for the same weekend as All Elite Wrestling’s All Out event in Chicago, Illinois.
