The Hillsborough County Court denied a motion on Monday, August 24th from the local Florida media, requesting that the evidence in the Sonya Deville (Daria Berenato) stalking case be released to the public, according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that the evidence is listed as video footage from that night, the messages sent to Deville via Instagram, the photographs taken outside and inside her home, as well as other online communication.

The report notes that a motion was also filed requesting confidentiality for the victims and their personal information, including Deville and that in that motion, it was revealed that Deville received additional threatening online communications from persons unknown since her alleged stalker, Phillip A. Thomas, was arrested on August 16th inside her home. The motion also noted that Thomas was denied bail out of concern for the safety of Deville, as well as the safety of other members of her family.
