WWE Monday Night RAW is scheduled to remain under the NBC Universal umbrella on the USA Network, getting as much as three times its current rate from the cable network, according to a report from Matthew Beloni, the Editorial Director for The Hollywood Reporter.

Beloni notes that as a result of an increased rate for WWE Monday Night RAW, NBC Universal will not be re-signing both and are letting SmackDown Live go to open bidding, presenting a sports opportunity for another network.

It will be interesting to see if FOX, who have had an interest in WWE programming will step in to take SmackDown Live to their network as WWE have publicly stated that they will announce their new television deals between May 2018 and September 2018.
