The DDT Pro Wrestling promotion in Japan crowned a new DDT O-40 Champion as part of their DDT Judgement 2023 ~ Longest 5-Hour Special In Korakuen Hall History event at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan today as Makoto Oishi defeated Shinichiro Kawamatsu and Gorgeous Matsuno to become the new Champion.

The title had been vacant since September 1st, 2022.
