The DDT Pro Wrestling promotion in Japan crowned a new DDT Universal Champion during today’s DDT Ultimate Party 2023 event as MAO defeated Matt Cardona in a No Disqualification Match to become the new Champion.

MAO’s victory brings an end to Cardona’s 112-day reign as the Champion.
