PROGRESS Wrestling crowned a new PROGRESS Atlas Champion during today’s Chapter 133: Stop Motion Skeleton Battle event at The Dome in London, England as Luke Jacobs defeated JONAH in the finals of the PROGRESS Atlas Championship Tournament to become the new Champion.

The title was unified with the PROGRESS World Championship, but not deactivated at the time, when WALTER (now WWE’s GUNTHER) won the title at Chapter 88: Super Strong Style 16 on May 5th, 2019.

On July 21st, 2019, PROGRESS Wrestling had announced that the title would be deactivated and replaced with the PROGRESS Proteus Championship at Chapter 95: Still Chasing, however PROGRESS announced last month that this weekend’s events would see the title reactivated, with the tournament to crown a new Champion.

We will have full results from today’s event on site shortly.
