New Wave Pro Wrestling sent out the following:

NEW WAVE PRO WELCOME SUGE D, AVERY GOOD, COLE RADRICK AND MORE TO “THE STRONGEST YARD”

New Wave Pro welcome a raft of the most popular names in US independent wrestling to West Terre Haute, IN for ‘The Strongest Yard’ on Saturday, February 12th.

Hosted in conjunction with the company’s World Tag Team Champions, The Von Engelands, ‘The Strongest Yard’ is billed as a ‘celebration of pro wrestling and competitive sports’. With the show being held one day before the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Los Angeles Rams in the SuperBowl, there could be no better time!

In a match billed as ‘First Time Ever, Last Time Ever’ Avery Good (aka A Very Good Professional Wrestler and Dasher Hatfield) takes on Suge D as part of the former’s announced retirement tour. Suge D will also be holding a training seminar before the event begins.

New Wave Pro Champion Don’t Die Miles faces a challenge as they defend their belt against Cole Radrick. The New Wave Pro Championship is the only title that has eluded Radrick in his storied history with the company. Miles recently successfully retained against Max The Impaler at New Wave Pro’s tenth anniversary show on January 22nd.

New Wave Pro World Tag Team Champions The Von Engelands put their championships and pride on the line against The Outfielders, Shea McCoy and Weber Hatfield.

In a Martial Arts Openweight contest Kung-Fu Janela, British prospect Jase Osei and rising star KZT clash in triple threat action. In tag action, the famed Violence Is Forever – Dom Garrini and Kevin Ku – tangle with AIW academy graduates Members Only.

In two of the night’s more intriguing bouts, Arthur McArthur clashes with Dan Champion in what is being billed as a ‘Strongman Contest’. Meanwhile, Megabyte Ronnie and Chuck Stone will go head-to-head in a match in which the loser must eat 20 (TWENTY!) cheeseburgers.

New Wave Pro Creative Director Earl Joseph said: “Not only are we looking forward to such a fun show, but there is a wealth of talent and new faces turning up on February 12th. It is a strong indication of the company’s future and a sign that anything can happen, any surprises can occur, at New Wave Pro!”
